What foods to eat for healthy skin

Healthy skin is something we all deserve. It is not a one-day work. Healthy skin requires patience, care, and good healthy diet. You must have heard people saying that good diet results in good skin. Checking what’s on your plate is equally important for a healthy glowing skin. You don’t need to go on an exotic shopping spree to get you some power packed food, or you don’t have to overly obsess over superfoods. There are so many local and budget friendly options available that are full of antioxidants, vitamins, and all necessary compounds that your skin requires. The important thing is you need to keep an eye on your eating pattern, sugar, and salt consumption.

Food you should eat for Healthy skin

Kiwi: Kiwi is a powerful source of Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps your skin fight with exposed UV rays and free radicals.  It protects your skin from dehydration and helps in the production of collagen. Kiwi is full of antioxidant and thus, it is good for a healthy skin. Other sources of vitamin C are, citrus fruits, strawberry, parsley, guava, broccoli etc. You can incorporate vitamin C serum in your self care routine to get the glow from both inside and outside.
