Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped from our warehouse through our authorized logistic partner within 48 hours after the order is placed.
• We try to deliver the order within 15 working days or before, from receipt of order and payment confirmation depending upon your address and location but we do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
• In any case if the product ordered gets out of stock while in sale, then we request you to kindly allow us 7-10 days to get it re-stocked.

Return & Exchange Policy

• When the products are delivered to you and accepted as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange policy.
• Refund or replacement of the product will not be applicable if the product doesn't suit, as we always recommend a patch test (mentioned on the packaging as well)
• Order Cancellation is not allowed, once the order is placed it cannot be modified, canceled or refunded.
• If any damaged product, defective product or wrong order is received as per the order of the customer, we request you to kindly contact our customer service on our official number @ Call/ WhatsApp +91-7878780909 within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images / video of the product received.
• Please provide us minimum of 3-4 working days from the day we have received your complaint to work upon. We will contact you for the same as soon as possible.
• All our products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. In rare case that your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement as we do provide free of cost replacement of the product within 3 days after the product has been delivered, in case you have: -

1. received item(s) in damaged or mutilated condition or;
2. received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us;
3. The products come into non-returnable beauty category. In case you find that the product is broken or damaged, after you have opened the box, we will dispatch the product to your satisfaction, within three (3) days of receiving a complaint.

• In case you find any of the product missing as per your order, we request you to provide us 360degree unboxing video to support the claim. Without the unboxing video, no claims will be processed further.

• Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable. As buying product is customer’s choice, our experts only recommend the products as per your concerns. 

Refund Policy

1. Though we do not have refund policy, kindly get in touch with our customer support team to assist you.
2. In case your order has been cancelled due to some reason; the refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
3. In case your order is RTO due to any reason, we will resend the same, no refund will be issued against it under any circumstances. Kindly contact our customer care for re-shipping.
4. In case wrong product/ products are sent in your order , Return is initiated under those circumstances and original products as per the order will be resend , no refund will be issued against it under any circumstances. Kindly contact our customer care for the same.
5. In case your order is marked as LOST by our logistic partner  under few circumstances, we will resend the same, no refund will be issued against it under any circumstances. Kindly contact our customer care for re-shipping.
6. The company at any point reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. In case of Prepaid orders, the refund of the same will be processed in 24 hrs and the same will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

Personal information section: We collect user details like First name, Last name & Email Only, on our server (https://api.vajro.com) if you log in with Facebook and Google login on our mobile app to update our website..

Data Deletion and Amendment: If you choose to delete your account and all associated data (or specific parts of it), send an email to <care@thenaturalwash.com> requesting deletion of data. We'll process your request and delete all account data within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it is done.
