Why To Choose Low Lather Products?

by Ravi Chopra 23 Nov 2020 0 Comments

We all know that chemicals harm our skin, but we realize what all products fall under the category of harmful toxic products. What if we tell you that even your daily care soap and shampoos are toxic, and to be honest these are the most harmful one. If your soap or shampoo lathers a lot, it has toxins and harmful chemicals a lot. So, it is high time to open your eyes and realize that why to choose low lather products?

What is lather?

A frothy white mass of bubbles produced by soap or any other product like shampoo when mixed with water forms latherMany people now prefer to use products made with sulphate and paraben but they are believed to have many adverse side effects. We love the products made with sulphate and paraben besides knowing the fact that they lather due to the presence of chemicals. A paraben is a preservative used in a product; it forms lather and foam which is not good for us. The chemicals that produce suds are called sulphates. Meanwhile, Sulphate may have the ability to get rid of oil and dirt, but recent studies have found that it is toxic. Sulphate has been found to be one of the key culprits of hair loss and thinning hair; it destroys hair and inhibits hair growth. A product in true terms is beneficial and safe to use if it forms low lather that straightway means the product is free from any chemical additions.

Adding natural soap to water changes the surface and allows stable bubbles, and thus lather to form. Almost all cleansing products are based on some type of surfactant. Products like shampoo, soaps and body wash that forms lather because it contains chemical compounds called surfactants (surface active agents). They are also often allergens, capable of over-drying your scalp or skin and seriously causing irritation. With all the benefits attached to using a sulphate and paraben free shampoo, it’s easy to understand why so many people are now using these healthier shampoo options instead of the ones we have been so accustomed to over the years. Product like soaps, shampoo don’t need any synthetic additives to create lather, because it not only makes great bubbles and lather, but also helps to clean the oily dirt from your skin--naturally!  Even if you are using shampoos or soaps which have these harmful chemicals present in them, then moisturising is the best way out. Moisturised hair and skin is less prone to any damage like split ends, hair breakage and over dryness on skin.

Sulphates are detergents and products made with such harsh chemicals, affects the skin, hair and body. These chemicals when meet water forms a frothy lather which is harmful for our body. There is something important that needs to be taken care of is, if you are using a product that forms a lot of lather, that means it is made with detergent. We are not acquainted with the fact that the manufacturers of the beauty and hair care products add chemicals in order to create more bubble and foam. In fact, many of us are attracted by the bubbles formed while bathing or washing off our hair.

So use TNW’s pure & natural Sulphate-free & Paraben Free Soaps and Shampoo to eliminate the chances of having damages to skin and hair due to suds or Sulphate.
