Please stay away from cunning mean people as they manipulate your emotions and moods according to their whims. Take a break from such people, avoid them at all costs.   1. Do Something You Like

Engage in fun things or hobbies you enjoy, which were left out somewhere in the past due to the pressing tasks and responsibilities of today. Be friends with music, art, painting if that is what you enjoyed the most. Spend time with nature, take up gardening, or any productive, fulfilling hobby to keep yourself in a cheerful mood without any irritation and unhappiness.
