Black Seed- A spice or Hair-care essential ?

Black Seed is an annual flower from the family of Ranunculaceae, found largely in Southwest Asia, in India it is commonly known as Kalonji. Nature gives a lot of benefits to us, we may not realise but almost each and everything that is grown on Mother Earth is bestowed with several health benefits. For ages this spice has been used in Indian pickles to enhance the flavours but only a few people know that Kalonji is so much more than just an exotic spice. In Ayurveda Kalonji is known as an effective ingredient to give immense hair-benefits. Some studies even find Kalonji or Black Seed as very crucial agent to help the follicles re-grow hair.
